Scrum Master Kalıcı Bir Rol Olmayabilir

[...] should be a temporary role, to remind people to follow the steps of the process. It's not a separate job, but something one of the team should do for a bit, then pass it on. After a while the team shouldn't need a Scrum master as they will know how to operate their process. Maybe they will forget it later and need a Scrum master again for a while.

Product Owner'a Nasıl Hizmet Eder

- Makes sure that the goals and scope of the project are understood by everyone involved.
- Facilitates Scrum events as and when requested by the product owner.
- It helps product owners find techniques for effective product backlog management.
- Ensure the product owner knows how to arrange the product backlog to maximize value.
- Helps product owner understand and practice agile practices.

- Coaches the entire team in self-organizing and cross-functionality.

- Facilitates Scrum events as requested and needed.
- Removes obstacles that could slow down the team’s progress.
